Distributorship Notice

The Company wishes to state categorically that it does not authorize or empower any of its authorized distributors or dealers and or their employees to sell and/or assign distribution rights to any organization or individual without AirQua’s written approval.

AirQua International would like to place any individuals or companies who are selling or attempt to collect any form of remuneration for distribution rights on notice, that the Company will vigorously protect its interest through all legal remedies available.

We will commence legal action and seek damages and relief arising from such actions.



Intellectual Property Notice

The Site and the Materials comprise AirQua and third party intellectual property, and are protected by the Republic of Singapore and International laws.
