AirQua Warranty Procedures
Warranty service is very important to everyone
concerned. Therefore AirQua International asks that the
following procedures be complied with to ensure
efficient service or replacement. No returns will be
accepted without prior return authorization from AirQua
International. Compliance with these procedures will
ensure the quickest possible resolution of the warranty
claim.
Should an AirQua machine fail due to a defect in
material and / or workmanship, the owner should make a
warranty claim as follows:
Upon notice of warrantable failure, information should
be gathered specific to the cause and results of the
failure. Warranty claim requests must be filed within 30
days of failure.
Contact AirQua Service Warranty Department, or the
dealer/distributor from whom it was purchased or an
authorised Servicing AirQua Dealer and explain the
situation, including model and serial number of machine,
hours on machine, etc.
The Warranty Claim will be completed by the authorized
AirQua Dealer and submitted to their respective AirQua
Distributor for their territory who will then sign off
on the claim and submit to AirQua Service Warranty
Department.
AirQua Service Warranty Department will study the claim
and may request parts to be returned for examination.
AirQua International will notify their conclusions to
the distributor service manager from whom the claim was
received.
If replacement of components or sub-assembly is
determined necessary, AirQua Service Warranty Department
will advise as to the proper procedure to either repair
or replace as necessary and warranty coverage available.
AirQua Service Warranty Department will determine if the
parts can be supplied for replacement without being
returned for inspection. When it is necessary to return
parts for inspection, AirQua Service Warranty Department
will issue a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Number
for the return of the components. All parts to be
returned shall be shipped prepaid by customer. AirQua
Service Warranty Department will ship replacement parts
via ground freight only and invoice the customer for
parts and freight as necessary. Expedited freight
specified by customer will be billed to the customer.
Upon examination of parts, AirQua Service Warranty
Department will determine warranty coverage and will
issue credit for replacement parts and labor based on
the criteria listed above. All defective parts must be
returned within 30 days for examination for credit to be
issued.
If field repairs are necessary, contact AirQua Service
Warranty Department for prior authorization or warranty
may be voided. Any repairs approved by AirQua will be
paid as deemed appropriate by AirQua upon receipt of
claim, if filed within 30 days of failure.
The owner must present the remaining half of the
Warranty Registration Card, or, if this is not
available, the invoice or receipt.
The decision by AirQua Service Warranty Department to
approve or reject a Warranty claim is final and binding.
Note: To process a Warranty Claim, it is necessary to
quote the Model & Serial Number, and other information
such as Date of purchase, a brief description of the
damage.
